Last Thursday and Friday, the Year 4's went to Brisbane. Firstly, we got on the bus and travelled to the Queensland Museum. We saw lots of amazing things, including a giant squid and HUGE dinosaurs. We then went to the Science Centre and had lots of fun with a special show, spinning chair and the race track. Then we travelled to the Planetarium and saw an amazing show about our universe. Before we travelled to our accommodation, we went to see the amazing view at Mount-Cootha. The next day we caught a ferry to St Helena Island where we did a lot of walking and learned a lot about the prison that was there. The guides were hilarious and we had a wonderful time, even though we did get a little wet. We then travelled back to Brisbane, got back on the bus and came home. We all had a great time and would like to thank all the teachers who took us.
