Teacher Profile
Hello, my name is Renee Golding and I am thrilled to be teaching Year 1/2G. I studied through Curtin University where I also completed my final practicum here at Wyrallah Road Public School in 2015. From there, I have worked at a small rural school just outside of Lismore as well as a few schools in the area. I have been teaching at Wyrallah Road Public School for a few years now.
I construct and implement programs which expand students’ previous knowledge and encourage them to explore new and interesting possibilities. I guide my students to construct their own learning in an environment that stimulates and helps them to realise their full potential. I am strongly passionate about creating a learning environment that promotes inclusive education and multicultural recognition, whilst being fun and positive. My objective is to instil a love of learning and to make education exciting and interesting.
My husband and I have three daughters and I live in the Lismore area. I have grown up and attended schools in the Northern Rivers. I enjoy camping, the beach and travelling with my family. I look forward to getting to know you all as we journey through the year.
