During the School Captain election process, Archie shared his idea of creating a T-shirt design that would reflect the cultural heritage of the school. He worked closely with staff, the Aboriginal SLSO, and other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Year 6 students to create this design.
This design was then sublimated onto T-shirts, which are worn proudly by all Year 6 students throughout the year. The tradition has grown into a source of pride at WRPS, with the Year 6 Shirt designs, created by our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, now entering its 4th year. Stay tuned for this year's design!
