Emma Hart
My name is Emma Hart, and I have been part of the Wyrallah Road teaching team since 2022. I grew up in the Northern Rivers, studying at local schools, before going on to do a Bachelor of Arts in contemporary music at Southern Cross University.
I worked as an Early Childhood music specialist in Melbourne and locally at The Northern Rivers Conservatorium, spanning 20 years. During this time, I completed a Master of Teaching through Queensland University of Technology, to expand my love of learning and teaching, and move into a Primary setting.
I am passionate about making music inclusive to all learners and believe all children have the right to a music education. Its benefits complement all areas of the curriculum, are far-reaching and well researched.
In my spare time I love to dance and sing with my daughter and go for beach walks with our Labradoodle, Obi.
