Bike Day

Bike Day was a huge success with almost 500 bikes and scooters zipping around. Students enjoyed a number of riding opportunities at school, over at Wade Park and on the bike track at Wilson Park Public School. They also learned about road rules from Constable Henderson, experienced some extreme BMX riding on the big screen in the hall, learned about safe riding and had safety checks for their bikes. The day also raised money for the SRC which will go towards buying valuable school resources. Congratulations to Kane and Kayla (Year 5) who won the raffle and went home on the day with shiny new bikes! Thank you to Mr Nind and his terrific team of teachers for all the work they did to make the day a success.
