During the holidays, Year 5 student, Emma, attended the NSW Country Championships for Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Trampoline Gymnastics. What a successful weekend she had, receiving 5 blue and 5 red ribbons for her 10 WAG skills! A blue ribbon represents a score of between 9.5 and 10 and red between 9 and 9.5. For trampoline, Emma had to do two trampoline routines which resulted in her receiving the bronze medal for her level and two double mini routines which resulted in 4th place. Emma put in an amazing effort over the whole weekend which showed her that the 14hrs of training she does after school each week is definitely worth it! Well done Emma!!!
