Teacher Profile
My name is Drucilla Templeton and I am 3/4Ts teacher this year. This is my second year at Wyrallah Road, and I am very excited to be here! I have worked previously at several schools in the Northern Rivers and lived here most of my life. I am very passionate about science, technology and the visual arts.
My teaching philosophy is igniting students’ passion for knowledge and developing strong relationships, to tailor my teaching and support each child in their learning at school. I am particularly interested in games and making learning exciting and fun. I have high expectations of all my students and encourage them to take risks and develop their skills. Making mistakes isn’t a problem, it’s a learning opportunity.
When I am not working you can find me walking my two dogs, snuggling my two cats, playing video games, drawing or travelling.
I look forward to meeting you all soon and being partners in your child’s education.
