Maddie Beaumont
Hello, my name is Maddie Beaumont and I am very excited to be a co-teacher in 1A this year. I have a passion for working with children and grew up in the Northern Rivers, attending local schools. I enjoy an active lifestyle and spend much of my free time engaging in sport activities or spending time with my partner and two dogs at the beach.
I have a background in Early Childhood Education and completed a Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education in 2020. Since then, I have been teaching casually in various Lismore schools, including Wyrallah Road Public School.
My teaching philosophy is one that focuses on a relationship-based approach to learning and providing an inclusive environment for students to become capable and engaged learners. I focus on students' skills and interests as opportunities for learning and unlocking personal potential and growth.
I am looking forward to being a member of the WRPS community and learning from students and teachers as I begin my teaching journey.
