Kindergarten 2019 Orientation Program

Kinder Orientation 

This program aims to facilitate a smooth, successful and positive transition for children and their families from preschool to school. These days include a number of planned experiences where children meet the teachers and students at our school and begin to learn our school routines. They become familiar with the location of play areas and eating areas, junior toilets, assembly areas, canteen, library and our music room. Children will be participating in pre-kinder literacy and numeracy activities as well as other fun experiences aimed to build relationships with teachers and friendships with other children. The program offers important information for parents, highlights some of the many programs our school has to offer and provides an opportunity for parents to question and establish shared understandings.
