Once a term during the school year a Book Club flyer will be sent home with a different selection of books offered. You will find award-winning books, as well as old and new favourites. The books span a wide range of children's reading levels and interests and are inexpensive (some books cost as little as $2).

It is easy to order. Just look over the flyer with your child, select the books you want, and we ask that you please use LOOP, an easy to use online payment option.

Method of payment - Credit card payments and orders can be made online, or on the iPhone App LOOP these order forms do not need to be returned to school. Below you will find a guide on how to use LOOP and a link to the Scholastic Bookclub Website

Premier's Reading Challenge

The Premier's Reading Challenge aims to encourage a love of reading for leisure and pleasure in students, and to enable them to experience quality literature. It is not a competition but a challenge to each student to read, to read more and to read more widely. The students are challenged to read a certain number of books (outlined below). To enable K-2 students to complete the task they are able to include books that are read to them by parents, siblings and the classroom teacher or teacher librarian.
