Congratulations to our four WRPS representatives Harriett, Tylah, Lucinda and Abigail on their outstanding efforts and strong performances at the Multicultural Public Speaking Competition Zone Finals last week.
The standard of competition was very high this year and all WRPS students excelled in their prepared and impromptu speeches.
Congratulations to Lucinda (Stage 2) and Harriett (Stage 3) who were announced as winners of their divisions, Abigail (Stage 2) who came third and Tylah (Stage 3) who was awarded a Highly Commended.
Lucinda and Harriett will now progress to the Regional level and represent WRPS in August.
